NEWLY UPDATED! A1is a 900 square foot two-bedroom vacation rental condo located at the base of Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. You have beautiful views of our stream-fed pond, wandering wildlife, and the perfect patio to watch the sun set behind the peaks of the Rocky Mountains. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. This unit has a sleeper sofa (only suitable for children.)

We have stayed in this unit before and enjoyed it. But it appears to have been recently updated - new carpet, furniture and decor. The host has added little touches that make you feel welcomed - towel animals, fancy foldings, etc.It has the best view of the little pond and you can sit out in front and view the mountains. We will definitely be back!

This was a fantastic place to stay, it is a great location to everything you need. We had lots of wildlife show up during the day, elk, turkey, deer, rabbits, ducks. Just a beautiful place

Excellent place. Stayed for four nights. Easy drive to RMNP. Peaceful area and very convenient having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms when traveling with kids. Would stay here again.
