「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!」

「Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,...

「When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. A couple of unexpected, but friendly dogs were nearby, eager for a pat on the head. All good!」

「stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. Laundry building is adequate, everything worked, needs paint. The pool water was clean and usable. The stairs,...

「A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. It seems like miles away from everything, but it was only a 10 to 20 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Cane bay beach was a perfect, close getaway. The directions provided by the host were spot on. We found that putting “Concordia Ridge Neighborhood”(Christensted) into Google maps got us back home easily. King size bed was comfortable as was...

「An Absolute Gem in St. Croix! We had an unforgettable stay at Queen's Landing! The condo is beautiful, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved starting our mornings on the private balcony and taking afternoon dips in the pool. The central location is perfect—just a short drive to Christiansted, gorgeous beaches, and great dining. 「We love the place, we have stayed on property several times and this was our 4th condo and it was by far the best one. Loved being up on the 3rd floor and having an amazing view. Everything was well done. Keep in mind you are staying in the Caribbean so salt water tends to wear on things. Internet can be spotty but we're not there for that, water access and snorkeling is some of the best on the island and the pier is within walking distance. Will stay again. 」

I had to reach out to the property manager for something-not only was it VERY late at night, but he responded within 2 minutes!! I definitely recommend staying with Jason at any of his properties. 「What an absolutely beautiful view and great location on the Island. Communication was amazing. Hosts informed us of the exterior upgrades which were not an issue. This place is so well thought out and conveniently stocked. We appreciated having the beach, chairs and ice chest. Everything was clean and in good shape. We wanted to explore the Island and found this location to be right in the middle of everything. I hope to stay here again someday. 」
