「First you have to realize they had 2 hurricanes in 2017 that the island is still trying to recover from. Then you need to realize they run on island time, nothing happens quickly. 「I was originally in a room 3rd floor One of the ladies came and told me they were upgrading my room. They moved me to the 2nd floor with oceanfront view. However the ice machine was right outside my door and very noisy. When they upgrade when not ask the guest should not be put next to the ice machine.」
