"Avoid at all costs!!! On arrival we opened the sofa bed, which I had asked to be made up for arrival 2 weeks prior, to find what appeared to be a used personal item, food and various other debris on the stained mattress. Also one of the pillows had a heavy blood stain. There were no bedsheets, duvet ..."
