The property was clean and the gardens were lovely. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and two closets. The hotel is one block from the harbor, Government building, museum and other attractions. My favorite breakfast spot, 'Floyd's' is now located right at the hotel!

Staff were great, hotel is full of history and beautifully landscaped. My room was really nice - and very clean. However, no place to put clothes that don't fit on hangars - mine stayed in my suitcase for 3 days. Thermostat didn't work (despite 3 visits from maintenance) Worst thing: I couldn't get out of the bathtub because they built the new shower wall over the ledge of the tub - and the tub was slippery. No grab rails. Spent 15 minutes trying to get out of it. No none-slip tub matt for morning shower. Motel 5 1/2 does better - and they don't charge $551/night (plus tax). Once was enough...

Great stay here. Brilliant apartment with small balcony. No on site restaurant but there is a 7am-8pm cafe. The breakfast was gorgeous! Pool is great. Walkable within ten mins to the main harbour area.
