Guests have access to three bedrooms, one bathroom, two separate toilets, a laundry, games room, and a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area overlooking the rear yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a large fridge, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Outside, the property features a large yard with established lawns and gardens, along with an outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

The property has parking for two vehicles in the driveway, and additional on street parking.

You will have access to the majority of the house including three bedrooms, one bathroom, two seperate toilets, games room, large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, laundry, and alfresco area. The main bedroom, office, and garage is not available for guest use.

We have decided that we will only have adult guests (+18) at the property and we would love for you to relax, enjoy, and respect our home as we do.
