Access the common area thru your private suite which has a dining area that seats four, a couch nestled by the large window, a full stocked kitchen and a laundry room. This is also where the upgradable 3rd bedroom and second bathroom are located and have key-code entry. You may drink from the tap as it comes from about a 300 ft deep well water.

The kitchen, dining area, washer + dryer are accessible through your suite, some areas on the property are still in restoration but feel free to stroll around, peek through the garden and catch glimpses of a hummingbirds and finch's, observe a fantastic sunset over the Santa Cruz & Jimez mountain ranges & melt into the pink skies at dawn.
