Studio "ton Barkenboom"

  • Hi,

    Welcome to the “ton Barkenboom” studio. Our vacation rental is located in a quiet spot right in the heart of Esens, known as the “Bear Town.” It’s just a few minutes’ drive from Bensersiel and its beautiful sandy beach.

    Our renovated studio features a spacious living/sleeping area, a large bathroom, a new, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely separate dining area. A small terrace invites you to relax. You can park your car right in your own parking space. A lockable storage room is also available for your bicycle, motorcycle, etc.

    The vacation rental has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

    Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented upon request. Cost per person per stay (bed linens made up and towel set): 10 euros

    A private, free parking space is located directly at the house.

    The visitor’s tax of 3.20 euros per person per night for adults and 1.00 euro per person per night for children is paid in cash on site. Period: March 15 through 31.10.2026.

    Ab01.11 2026, the tourist tax is 1.00 euro per person per night for adults and 0.50 euro for children.

Perfekt Holiday in a perfekt flat.

Super Aufenthalt

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Der Empfang am Tag der Anreise war sehr gut. Es war alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne FeWo mit sehr nettem Vermieter. Kommunikation sehr gut, schneller Service wenn man ihn benötigt. FeWo sehr schön gelegen, kaum Verkehrslärm. Einkaufmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 2-5 Min zu erreichen. 4 KM zum Stand. Fahrrad Unterstellmöglichkeit in Garage. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
