「The rooms were somehow clean, but would need a bit of maintenance for the price they charge, compared to other hotels in the area.」

「This is the most deceiving place I’ve ever been in my years of traveling experience. There was so much information missing from the description about this hotel. I trusted and that was my fault. I felt defrauded. The front picture on the website is an absolute lie. The ocean was obstructed my dry trees. There was no beach, instead there was a large rocks. There was no way access to the ocean because it was rocky beach. The hotel landscape was dry. It was windy and so there was a lot of dust....

「The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the communication with the hotel staff was very poorly managed. At check in they didn’t informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didn’t replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didn’t replied rapidly they didn’t clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this.」

「Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the pool did not look clean. Saw the staff removing the fallen leafs, but wasn' enough. The cabañas looked a bit worn out now, compared to two years ago. Beds were not too comfortable. The staff's attention was very good. Very good breakfast.」

「Very clean room, cold AC, full kitchen and easy access! This resort is a work in progress as they are building out the rooms but the completed rooms are excellent and great. Nice staff with easy access to motorcycle rentals, beach, etc! 」
