Infelizmente existe um pequeno problema que não é do Hotel, mas dos recursos oferecidos: Se o quarto ao lado fizer pareamento do celular na televisão (recurso que acho fantástico, diga-se de passagem), ele interfere no quarto ao lado, mudando a imagem, e refletindo a imagem do celular pareado."

Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só. "
