「A nice, good value hotel in a great location for walking, medieval towns and the Yellow Train. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the spa was closed while we were there (staffing problems). The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable although our shower was a bit cramped and awkward to use.」

「Wonderful location for exploring the local countryside. Biking and hiking seem to have become immensely popular in recent years. A car for me would have been helpful but I needed a rest and the peaceful scented garden was truly heavenly. Lovely old furniture, healthy breakfasts,near the railway station. Warm welcome and kind hosts. A gem.」

「Geweldig hotel, geweldige medewerkers. De aardige dame die ik in de ochtenden trof sprak vloeiend Engels (Gaelic), Frans en maarliefst een paar woorden Nederlands. De lekkere producten bij het ontbijt maakte het verblijf top.
Volgende keer zeker terug met mijn vrouw en dan een kamer aan het terras/zwembad.」
