Добротный загородный современный отель

были с семьей в локдаун, поэтому оценить спа и спортивные активитис нет возможности. Боулинг и бильярд вполне приличные, сервис в них хороший, напитки таскают быстро, шары тряпочкой протирают тоже по первому зову)). Жили в люксе в гл. корпусе: чисто комфортно, свежо, уютно. Постельное белье качественное, постели жестковаты, но в пределах комфорта, санузел отдраен до блеска. Про стандартные номера в трех других корпусах сказать ничего не могу. Территория ухоженная, прогулочные дорожки среди загородных вилл: отель расположен в комплексе из трех десятков таких вилл за общим забором и составляет с ними единый ансамбль с приличной общей территорией. Затрудняюсь сравнить его с известными сетевыми отельными брендами. Может быть что-то отдаленно напоминающее Park Inn или подобное. Вернусь туда зимой побегать по лыжне и оценить спа.

Кадровый вопрос и прекрасные условия...

Всё могло бы быть чудесно ,если ли бы не персонал. Территория очень приятная, строения хорошего современного уровня. Термальный центр и бассейн выше всех похвал. С едой и управлением ресторанов реальные проблемы. Цены сильно выше среднего, если такие рестораны были бы в центре Москвы, то были бы всегда пустые. Качество еды , мягко говоря, недотягивает. То что называется европейским меню , вообще малосъедобно и имеет мало общего с прообразом. Был в двух ресторанах на обед, ужин и завтрак. Везде лажали. Все три раза. Не могли запомнить заказ, при том , что каждый раз записывали и повторяли. Несли напитки минут двадцать при почти пустом ресторане, затем первое и второе принесли вместе. Все три раза что-то забывали. Меню написано красиво и грамотно, и вызывает завышенные ожидания, которые разбиваются вдребезги. Составлял кто-то адекватный, а реализовывал совсем другой.Приятно , что пытаются услышать критику и как то реагировать. Но предстоит ещё долгий путь. .. рестораны в данный момент -худшее соотношение цена/качество в наших краях.

Отель напоминает советские номера: пусто и неуютно , старомодная мебель. Но чисто, аккуратно все, кормят хорошо. Цены сильно завышены , но понимаешь почему - чтобы регулировать поток клиентов в просто шикарный термальный центр! Платишь за комфорт побыть вдвоём в банях и саунах...
