Come and stay in this family home, ideally located near the beaches of Lourtuais, Portuais, and Centre. Its location in the upper part of the Tu-ès-Roc district, at the entrance to Cap d’Erquy, offers peace and tranquility.
Spacious, south-facing, and boasting a garden with views of the sea and Erquy Bay, this house sleeps 18 but can accommodate up to 15 guests according to regulations.

On the ground floor:

- A very large living/dining room for 15 guests with access to a terrace offering a glimpse of the sea;

- A large kitchen with sea views, open to the living/dining room with access to the terrace;

- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm);

- An en-suite shower room with shower, double vanity, and toilet;

- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:

- A playroom with board games and children's toys, and a desk;

- A large dormitory-style bedroom with four standard-sized single beds (two 90x190cm beds and two 80x200cm beds);

- A bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a mezzanine bed (90x200cm);

- A bedroom with a pull-out bed (two 90x200cm beds), a cot, and a mezzanine;

- A bedroom with two twin beds (90x200cm) and a balcony with a sea view;

- A shower room with a shower and toilet;

- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet;

On the garden level:

- A living room with a cinema area (projector and DVD player) and access to the garden;

- One bedroom with two twin beds (90x190cm) and garden access;

- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and garden access;

- One bedroom with a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people (2 single beds: 90x200cm) and garden access;

Each bedroom has an Ethernet connection, and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.

This property is a self-contained house and does not have a conventional heating system (except in the ground-floor room and the master bedroom). Each bedroom has a space heater, and the house features a fireplace on the ground floor and a wood-burning stove in the garden level.

Self check-in is required after 6:00 PM and on days when the agency is closed. Key boxes are available outside the agency.

Location grand groupe

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Belle maison avec une très belle vue, très bien pour un grand groupe. Juste un "bémol "avec le lave-vaisselle qui n'a pas fonctionné et une douche qui était bouchée... Location agréable et très bien située.
