A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer will allow you to relax after a day at the beach or hiking. A separate toilet completes this floor.
For greater convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron, and a travel cot. You can safely store up to 6 bicycles in the garage and although the house does not have a private parking space, you can park on a free public car park 150m from the house.
