「Although the rooms were clean staff was very rude. The first lady at the front desk we spoke with was very nice and helpful. However, the second lady that took the first lady stop was very rude, disrespectful, and rolled her eyes when we asked to get a shuttle to the resort. I dont know her name but she has a limp when she walks. I dont see myself coming back here because I refuse to spend my money at a place with rude staff.」

Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days!
