The location was great and the pools and hot tub were nice. Besides for linens, our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple months. Spider webs and dead spiders in bath tub, cobwebs in multiple parts of suite, and dust/debris all over entry and kitchen counters (I think from replacement of door locks).
We had previously stayed here 7 - 8 years ago with no issue. Hopefully this was a fluke. (We didn't complain; we just cleaned up the mess and went on with our stay. So I can't speak to how the staff would have responded to our concerns.)

The room was ok, pretty basic, but the A/C did not work - it was 78° in the room, and the bathroom sink drain was stopped up with hair that had never been cleaned. The staff was friendly enough and the breakfast was about what you would expect.
