The staff cannot be faulted and I'd like to pay a particular compliment to Arthur, on reception when we checked in, for his service which went above and beyond. "

"The hotel turned out to be in an industrial zone on the edge of town. The garden I was expecting from the photos was a belt of trees between us and a major highway. However, the rooms were quiet. Also, we could see the traffic jam so we could time our departures for better traffic. The hotel management and workers were very friendly and helpful."
