"Katastrophaler Zustand. Ausstattung und Mobiliar stark verschmutzt, Betten, Matratzen und Handtücher hygienisch nicht akzeptabel. Heizung nicht regulierbar, Wände und Bad in schlechtem Zustand. Selbst für eine Nacht absolut nicht
Der Zustand des Hotels ist sehr schlecht. Mobiliar und Ausstattung waren ungepflegt, Betten und Matratzen stark verschmutzt, Handtücher ein No-Go. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht herunterregeln. Wände und Badezimmer waren ebenfalls inakzeptabel.
