We had a wonderful stay here for 8 nights while visiting family members local to Erba. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We especially loved the pool and spa, the breakfast and the memory foam pillows. We would stay here again!

The hotel grounds and spa were beautiful However, the room: decor, comfort and usability let’s down the hotel and thus the experience The WiFi in the room was patchy and the tv only had Italian speaking programs and no option for subtitles in a chosen language. This coupled with the poor WiFi meant that on the 3 rainy days of our trip you are limited for things to do sadly

This was one of the most beautiful, unique, and extraordinary places I have stayed and I travel a lot. Built as an armory in the 1300s.. then a private residence with a pink palazzo. Just stunning. Lovely, clean and unique rooms. Beautiful grounds. Excellent accommodating staff.

We chose the hotel for the charming Castle atmosphere, to relax at the pool and sleep well. The pool was closed for renovation (stupid idea to renovate a pool end of June!), there was EVERY NIGHT of our stay a super loud wedding taking place just literally meters away from our room. We couldn't sleep at night. We went crazy with the loud music. Last but not least, when we booked the hotel, seeing the great outdoor area it has we were expecting that breakfast would be outdoor in the garden. Well, no. It is down in a small cave and the breakfast was horrible. The Management is really doing everything against logic. As it is a very expensive hotel, it is clearly not worth it. I wouldn't recommend it

Ausgezeichneter Hotel

Wir haben unser Wochenende in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Super Spa Bereich, auch schöner Garten und das Hotel sieht so wunderschön aus. Im alten Castello haben sie wunderbare Zimmer eingerichtet. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind überaus freundlich. Wir werden sicher dort wieder unsere Ferien verbringen.

Das Hotel war wunderschön und der Garten auch sehr schön. Wir waren sehr zu Frieden bis das wir kein warmes wasser hatten um zu duschen und mit der sauberkeit des zimmer waren wir auch nich seh zu Frieden da die Wc bürste dreckig war von vorgängern. Ansonsten sehr schönes hotel, freundliches personal und gutes Frühstück

An sich eine tolle Location, leider haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Bei Ankunft wollten wir einen Drink an der Sonne geniessen (im Schatten, wo es Tische gab, war es doch schon etwas kühl). Man hat uns keine Alternative zur Schattenterrasse angeboten und das mit einer doch sehr eindrücklichen und schönen Parkanlage! Unglaublich! Wir fanden dann selber ein sonniges Plätzchen auf einer Gartenbank... Sitzgelegenheiten gabe es auf dieser Seite des Castellos zu genüge, nur waren keine Sitzkissen aufgelegt.

Bo på et slott

Et veldig flott hotell hvor du fikk følelse av å bo i et slott. Flott opparbeidet park og uteområde som de fleste kan misunne. Rommet var stort og moderne. I tilknytting til hotellet var der en restaurant. Maten var dessverre langt under hva man kunne forvente av det hotellet presenterte i stil.

Glimrende hotel. God service. Det kunne være godt hvis der var tidsbegrænsning på ladestanderne. Vi oplevende at der var biler som optag laderne i over 24 timer.
