「Our second stay in Accademia area and first time with Rent & Relax. Great property and location. Host meet on time and was super helpful at check in. Unit was comfortable and clean. Great location on a quiet street but within walking or boat access to everything. Would certainly stay again. 」

「The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful.」

「It was quite a nice place. The bedroom was wonderful and the kitchenette was usable though lacked a burner. We were able to use the microwave to make breakfast and some dinners. Course we were in Venice so who wants to cook too much. Apartment was absolutely delightful. Martin was wonderful and very helpful. We were right in the middle of things.」

「Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Fiori! We were greeted by Elvis who was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed - just like in the photos. The location was perfect as well. It's close to Piazza San Marco but not TOO close (it's very busy and loud at the Piazza). And, the water taxi pickup is a two-minute walk. If I could give this place six stars I would!」
