Alles super!

Wir waren zwei mal in zwei verschiedenen Wohnungen bei Sarah und Familie zu Gast. Die Kontaktaufnahme und die Kommunikation verlief freundlich und absolut reibungslos! Einen Aufenthalt mussten wir verschieben, auch dies lief absolut ohne Probleme! Die beiden sind wirklich super umgänglich und freundlich! Die Wohnungen an sich sind total goldig. Etwas ältere Einrichtung, aber sehr gepflegt. Alles ist sauber , hier gibts es nichts zu beanstanden. Manche Sachen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig ( zB eine kleine Duschbadewanne in der große Menschen kaum stehen können) aber ich finde, gerade das macht den Charme dieses Hauses aus und hat uns nicht gestört. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir fühlten uns wohl. Kann mir gut vorstellen hier auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zu buchen, die Umgebung ist sehr schön. In den Wohnungen liegen Broschüren, hier kann man sich rund um das Treiben infomieren. Die Balkone sind sehr schön und im Garten gibt es für Kinder noch einen Sandkasten und eine Schaukel. Man kann die Eigentümer bequem per Whatsapp oder Telefon zu jeder Zeit erreichen. Wir hatten zwei sehr angenehme Aufenthalte und ich kann das Haus Daxberg wärmstens empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend!

Toen we aankwamen werden we keurig opgevangen en werd ons het appartement uitvoerig laten zien. De omgeving is erg rustig vlak bij wandel gelegenheden en een prima restaurant. Wat het huisje betreft heb ik wel enkele opmerkingen. Het lijkt mij verstandig om het tapijt te vervangen voor laminaat ivm hygiëne. De boiler in de keuken stamt uit de jaren 60 en moet worden vervangen. De badkamer is ruim en netjes alleen erg lastig om te douchen want je moet in de badkuip staan en het hoogste punt is 1,75 meter. Tevens staat het omschreven voor 5 personen maar daarvoor is het te klein. Ondanks dit commentaar toch erg genoten van ons bezoek, zie het als op bouwende kritiek. M.v.g. Fam Bent

Negative: - Wir kamen im Dezember abends an und die Wohnung war nicht beheizt. Den ganzen ersten Abend waren wir alle von der kleinen Elektrik Heizung zusammengekauert damit uns nicht kalt wird. - Es gab keine Heizung in der Küche (separater Raum), es war dort den ganzen Aufenthalt 15 ° C - Die Heizung im Kinderzimmer funktionierte nicht - Die Heizung im Badezimmer funktionierte morgens 1 Stunde und wurde manchmal nachmittags eingeschaltet - Abends haben sie auch die Heizung im Wohnzimmer abgestellt. Wir hatten einen Regen und es war unmöglich, die Sachen über Nacht zu trocknen. - Bei der Ankunft beschlossen sie, den Preis für uns zu erhöhen. (Dies kann als Betrug bezeichnet werden) Obwohl aus der Rechnung hervorging, dass wir für 4 Personen und einen Hund bezahlt wurden. (wir sind sogar ohne Hund angereist) - Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet - Warmwasser in der Küche wurde so gelöst, dass wirklich am meisten gespart wird. Positiv: - schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster - die übrige Wohnung ansonsten dem Übernachtungspreis angemessen ausgestattet ist. Wir waren so unzufrieden, dass wir vorzeitig abgereist sind.
