Excellent service , even we early check in but not additional charge .

Waterfront location. The record player & vinyl available for guests. Beds are comfortable. On site bar & restaurant are solid. We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue.

The property is old and needs renovation. The free shuttle to SeaTac is very good. The area offers little options for food (Denny's) or stores. The staff were friendly, but I probably would splurge for a better hotel if I ever returned.

Very clean and well maintained property. The front desk lady who works afternoons I didn’t get her name and Sara both are amazing and so well behaved. They both are very friendly. The male front desks also very helpful(Apologies for not getting everyone’s name). Kudus to the owner and mentioned staffs.
