Conveniently located a short distance from I-5. Quiet, clean, pet-friendly, and comfortable. The pool and spa were still closed for the season, but they looked inviting! Affordable guest laundry on the premises, open 24/7. Sadly, no free breakfast, only coffee during the day, but there are a couple of sparsely stocked vending machines, and a Shell station mini-mart just across the parking lot. Drive-thru Bigfoot Java right next door with a nice selection of specialty coffees along with your regular espresso drinks and pastries. I was temporarily displaced at the time and I stayed a week. It was very restful and away from the madding crowd. I recommend booking thru Expedia for the best rate. I had a two queen bed, lots of light facing the courtyard. Unfortunately, no coffee machine in the room, the only room amenities being a mini-fridge and a microwave. Nice long, deep bath with hot water at just the right temperature just right for a good, long soak with Epsom salts. I didn't try the shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and mini soap bars provided. Iron and ironing board in room, not sure about a hair dryer (I'm bald, so I don't notice that). No restaurant nor room service, but there are a variety of restaurants not more than a ten minute drive away. I recommend highly for a good night's rest lounging in bed watching TV (no premium channels, just local and basic cable}. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, enabling me to get some work done and keep connected.

We loved this hotel so much that we decided to stay there again when we flew back in to DFW.

I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!

The pillows were very small and uncomfortable.
