I’ve stayed here many times. I know it’s not a five star hotel - each time before the rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is cramped but there’s not much they can do about that. This time the new front desk staff had my reservation wrong (I booked a kitchenette room) and when I asked to be moved from the room he offered (I knew from past experience that the full time guest beside that room is a heavy smoker and the smoke drifts into the room beside), he rolled his eyes and gave me the keys in a curt manner. Not cool.

I had the executive suite for 3 nights. Large room, high ceilings, couch, small dining table, and kitchenette. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, seems old, and uncomfortable pillows (too thick and hard). Train, highway, and plumbing noice throughout the night. No cold water, runs warm. Lots of dead flies on floor and window sill.
