All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. Thanks to that, I was able to check in and out without any issues. Unfortunately, I did spot a few cockroaches when I woke up in the morning, which was disappointing. "This is advertised as a hotel. It’s NOT. BUT…a load of brand new apartments, unsold, that are rented out. Check in at front desk - NO. Some guy who came down in lift, then showed us to a locked apartment. We had to go to another (smaller) room. The same guy failed ‘twice’ to meet us next day to ‘check out’ and return the cash deposit. Still waiting for this to arrive in my account. The ‘one night’ flight-layover will be at a different place next time."

"We had a bad evening with this Hotel. First Tow and half days we didn’t have showers because of plumbing problems and when we complained they offered a free meal which was a bad N disgusting offer. Any way we are not going to that hotel and nine nights they charged us over thousand dollars. That’s a shame. "
