Spacious open areas for walking, the security of having your car inside the enclosed electric garage, and ample parking for several cars in front of the house. Ground-floor patio with ocean views, upper-level terrace with ocean views. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi at 300 Mb/s, 4 4K Smart TVs with SKY HD, AT&T TV (DirecTV) American channels, Pluto TV, American Netflix, and American signal in every bedroom. 1 70-inch Samsung TV by the pool, 1 70-inch Samsung Smart TV in the upstairs living room, and 1 70-inch Samsung Smart TV in the downstairs living room. Currently, the entire house and its common areas are available for rent.
On the first floor, we have:
Through the first door, you’ll find a remote-controlled electric garage and a ground-floor patio with chairs and a table. Through the second door, inside the house, you’ll find: a breakfast table and a dining room that seats 8 people. A sofa and living room for 6 people, a refrigerator, a gas stove, a gas oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, kitchen utensils, a laundry area, a washing machine, a dryer, and a backyard that may be suitable for pets.
Also on the first floor, we have 2 bedrooms—number #3 and number #4, as shown in the photos.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 55" 4K HDR Smart TV with SKY HD, DirecTV, Roku, and Netflix.
There is 1 full bathroom with a shower located across from these 2 bedrooms.
We have 4 extra mattresses ready to be moved into any bedroom or common area. These come with sheets and pillows that are always clean.

Going up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find:
A living room with a TV studio and entertainment center, a 60" Smart TV with Netflix. A beautiful electric fireplace, 1 large sofa, and 2 futon-style sofa beds.
1 minibar-style refrigerator in this living room.
When you open the door leading to the terrace, you’ll find:
1 HEATED pool (with a heater), 1 family-sized hot tub for up to 8 adults. A barbecue grill, a gas heater, a beer pong table, a cooler table, and chairs.
Next to the terrace, you’ll find a bathroom area that includes:

Also on the second floor, we have two bedrooms, which are numbered #1 and #2 as shown in the photos.
Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom; it features a private full bathroom inside and is equipped with a 65" Sony Bravia 4K HDR Smart TV with Sky HD and Netflix Android TV.
Bedroom #2 is also on the second floor; this bedroom has a full bathroom right across from it. It is equipped with a 55" 4K HDR Smart TV with SKY HD, Roku, and Netflix.
We offer 300 Mb fiber-optic WiFi with 2 routers:
1 with a U.S. IP address from California so you can connect all your devices to high-speed internet and use them in Mexico via the U.S. region. For example: Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, DirecTV, etc.
One with a Mexican IP address so you can connect to high-speed internet.
We offer transportation and van services for an additional fee. We can take you on tours of the wine route, Valle de Guadalupe, and Bufadora, or pick you up at the border in Tijuana, Tijuana Airport, San Diego, Long Beach, Los Angeles, etc
