「We had our annual holiday vacation here and had a great time. (4 adults, 3 under ten, 5 teenagers, and 2 dogs) It was a cozy space for 12 people but we didn't feel especially cramped or anything. Each of the rooms were each on their own floor which helped with us spreading out. We enjoyed having 2 different levels of hang out spaces when different groups wanted to do different things.
