Ok si vous avez un sommeil de plomb...

Impossible de dormir après 6h du matin a cause du bruit de l'ascenseur : les portes font du bruit et il y a un bip qui retentit dès que quelqu'un monte dans l'ascenseur.... Il faut donc avoir un sommeil de plond !! Les + : - Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. - Petit déjeuner correct. Les - : - bruit de l'ascenseur - douche froide en arrivant le soir (obligé de descendre à l'accueil pour demander ce qu'il se passe).

A Pleasant man who runs the desk and serves breakfast welcomed us warmly. Breakfast was a nice spread of lots of pastries. It was Easter and the spread was generous. Breakfast is served in the basement. There are windows so at least it wasn’t dark. The hotel was full. The rate was high in comparison to what we were able to get elsewhere in Sicily. We came for the Good Friday procession and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. Parking right out front. Walkable to restaurants and sights. The room needed maintainance. A few issues that could easily be fixed. One bottle of water for our three day visit. Next to nothing for toiletries. One small pillow for each person. The small things do matter when you pay $185C per nt.

町全体が徒歩圏内なので、長距離バスの停留所やお城までもそう遠くなかったです。やや分かりにくい場所にありますが、町の人はホテルの名前を言えばすぐどこか分かってくれるので、地図がなくても聞きながらたどりつけます。フロントでは、地図で観光地なども示してくれました。地階からエレベーターがあり、荷物の移動は楽でした。夜は暖房がとまったりテレビがいつの間にか消えていたり、Wi-Fiのログイン画面がでなくなってしまったりということはありましたが、そのほかについてはスタッフの対応も親切で、人間味があり、お勧め出来ます。冷蔵庫があるのもよいです。朝食をつけると５ユーロだそうですが、イタリアでは見たこともないほど豊富なラインナップで驚きました。

A proper family hotel.

A proper hotel.. Yes, the lift spluttered and choked llike a heavy smoker waking in the morning, yes the wifi didn't work well, but the staff were friendly and personable, the room comfortable, the location ideal, the breakfast varied, plentiful, and enjoyable. If you are tired of the bland branded hotel experience, and actually just want to stop at a nice place, with character, then I would highly recommend a visit.

Basic hotel, gool logation near of castle. Good breakfast including lit of sweet pastries also basic ham, cheese etc. Not so easy to find... Good choise for one night.

This is a basic hotel but good value for money. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Be careful on the lanes around the hotel if driving. I managed to put a massive dent in the side of our hire car when leaving. Parking is ok though.

Dogodnie położony hotel z miłą obsługą

Lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta, bardzo dogodna do zwiedzania Enny, choć wjazd autem do starego miasta i parkowanie mogą być problemem (my podróżowaliśmy autobusami). Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Dobre śniadanie. Hotel klasy turystycznej - po prostu wygodny. Niestety, dość słabe Wi-Fi w pokojach.

Fantastisch verblijf. Super service van staf.

4 nachten in 3 eenpersoonskamers. Kamers niet al te ruim, maar voldoende uitgerust. Enna is centraal gelegen en van daaruit zijn de Etna, vallei van de tempels in Agrigento en de grote steden goed bereikbaar. Groot voordeel is de hoogte, beneden ruim 30 graden, boven 26 met een beetje wind.
