As you enter the front door you will instantly notice the volume ceilings and open spacious floor plan, excellent for relaxing and entertaining! Freshly painted in neutral palette gives the perfect backdrop for  beachy décor throughout!  Comfortable living room furniture with large screen tv, bar stools overlook the kitchen which also boasts newer stainless appliances, plenty of cabinets and counter space and leads out to the patio. There is also a dining table and chairs for 6. Guest half bathroom on this level. Another slider off the living room leads out to your private screened lanai and garden patio retreat which is equipped with comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs and looks down to the garden retreat which has Adirondack chairs and firepit.  There is also an outside enclosed shower to wash off after a day at the beach.

Heading up a few stairs brings you to two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms - first bedroom has king sized bed where you can also enjoy evening sunsets from the western facing balcony of the master bedroom with small table and chairs. It has its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two double beds and there is a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have their own tv's. On the lower level there is an oversized 2 car garage where you will find some bikes, lot of beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas to enjoy at beach.
