Beautiful Coastal Home located within 2 miles to the beach!!

Located ONLY 2 MILES FROM MANASOTA BEACH this fully furnished adorable beach themed place is available for you to come and enjoy a weekend or week away while also enjoying the Florida sun! This house is also available monthly. Comfortably able to sleep 8 guests but having the option to sleep 10 with a self-inflated air mattress, this home is truly setup for relaxation. All TV's have smart capabilities and Wifi internet includes boosted speed package. The backyard is fully fenced for pets, yard games, sunbathing or just fun entertainment. There is a nice seating area with a grill set up to enjoy cooking out with family and friends. The screened front porch offers you a spot to enjoy the outdoors, sip your coffee, and store anything extra. The house also comes with a laundry room, separate from all other rooms and has a washer and dryer. In the laundry room there are beach chairs, coolers for packing a beach picnic, beach umbrella, and some beach toys for the kiddos. Centrally located, it's biking distance to Manasota Beach and Downtown Dearborn; which offers charming locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, weekly farmers market (seasonally), car shows, and much more. Close to multiple Florida beaches, boating waters, fishing, golf, boat ramp and the interstate. We are located about an hour to an hour in a half from Busch Gardens in Tampa and about a 2 hour drive to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Our home in Englewood (Sarasota County) is just south of Venice and close to Sarasota, Ft.Myers, and Tampa Airports. Located near Ringling Museum, Mote Marine, and Selby Gardens you won’t be bored even on the rainy days. There are golf courses, parks, tennis courts, and basketball courts all nearby for those looking to be active outside the water. Come stay and enjoy a relaxing and / or active vacation here in beautiful Englewood FL.

A wonderful retreat from noisy roofing contractor

It was a really cute place- open concept, close to the beach and close to the sweet town of Englewood with its restaurants and farmer's market. My dogs loved the backyard even though they were tormented by the resident squirrels- LOL! I loved the screened-in area. It was a good place to sit and wind down.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our time at this "beach house feeling" home.There was plenty of room, it was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the beaches and the places we wanted to explore. We would stay again.

Very nice

Very nice especially for a family with small children. There is no dishwasher and I did find a couple of dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets but on the whole it was fairly clean and decorated beautifully. I picked this property because I have pets and it has a fenced back yard which is great for pets but not really for kids as the grass is pretty sparse.

Fun and fast March, 2024

Stayed for entire month of March, 2024. Nice house, nice location, everything worked well, clean. Walked and biked to Manasota Beach many times. Enjoyed neighborhood walks. Easy 30minute drive south to Boca Grande, easy 30minute drive north to Sarasota Mall. Convenient for groceries, restaurants, etc. It was interesting to be so close to all the Forked Creek waterways. Enjoyed seeing the homes and boats and every day life in this area.

House was modest in a very quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms need updating, grill was dirty and needed cleaning/replacement, we didn’t use it. Outside needs work, particularly back yard. Master bedroom was fine and nicely decorated. Manasota beach was a good spot.

Nice space, just not the cleanest

The space itself is pretty great. The rooms are all good sizes. 2 full bathrooms. Seating for 10. There’s nothing inherently wrong with the space. It just didn’t feel clean. We found numerous dead bugs (cockroaches). Nearly everything in the kitchen was dirty. (We washed anything we were using before we used it.) I understand there’s not a dishwasher, but I still expect plates, bowls, silverware etc. to not have visible food residue left on them. Also, I’m guessing the heating element on the dryer is broken. We tried multiple settings, but it did not dry anything. Overall, the place needs a deep clean, and then I would recommend.

Beautiful, Clean, Updated, Close to Beach

This house is in a safe neighborhood. It’s clean, updated and furnished beautifully. Our family of 3 adults and 4 kids aged 9-12 found it very comfortable. And it’s so close to an amazing beach! Thank you for a great stay! Would highly recommend.

Boating to the Gulf

The property was as advertised. Close to canals, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have after a day out on the water. Only improvement would be a dishwasher!

We are back again

Well we hold true to our word. We stayed at this home again! The host is ever so gracious and home is perfectly suited for our needs. It is very nice, well equipped and very comfortable! Great place to stay!

Good location

Good location near many beaches and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We went to Manasota key, stump pass and Casperson during our stay. Host provided beach towels which we are thankful for because we forgot ours. House was stocked with essentials. Easy check in and check out process.

Clean and Well Stocked

I was super happy with the cleanliness of the property, there was plenty of room for myself, my two teenage sons and my parents. The pillows were super soft, and good quality and so were the linens. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Will stay again!
