"We were extremely disappointed with this property and left the same night without staying due to hygiene, safety and communication issues. On arrival it was clear the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned. Bedding appeared unchanged with blonde hairs on pillows and sheets, plates and cutlery were greasy, the cutlery drawer had crumbs, cupboards contained tins covered in mould, and there were cobwebs in the living area.
