  • Very nice apartment of 40m2, any comfort, in the heart of the resort of Sauze, 4 km from Barcelonnette. Ideal for couples with children. Minimum duration 4 days.
    Panoramic view, facing the slopes or the meadow, southern exposure, large balcony with garden furniture, living room with dining area, sofa bed sofa and well equipped kitchen. Banquette- paneled room bed + 2 bunk beds, bathroom & separate toilet. Cave (ski box) and parking.
    The foot of the slopes, the new Detached 6 will take you to the top of the station.

Appartement effectivement au pied des pistes et dans l’ensemble correct. Nous avons malheureusement dû attendre 24h pour avoir de l’eau chaude avec un enfant en bas âge, nous avons dû manipuler nous même le compteur électrique pour démarrer l’électricité. Le receveur de la douche est ultra plat et l’écoulement se fait très lentement meme avec un filtre propre donc l’inondation peut vite arriver. La vaisselle n’était pas vérifiée lavée, les précédents locataires ont laissé des poêles grasses, à re laver. La poubelle n’est pas du tout pratique, le sac poubelle se perce systématiquement quand on le sort.. à ce prix là je m’attendais à mieux niveau standing.

Appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est situé au 3eme etage d'une résidence au pied des pistes, ce qui est très pratique. Il est très agréable et très bien équipé même s'il manque un peu de rangements. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable.

Un très agréable séjour !

L'appartement était très bien placé, très propre et le propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Le seul petit point peut être à changer serait de prévoir un meuble de rangement pour les vêtements, qui serait appréciable dans la partie séjour ou dans la chambre quand on est en groupe de 4. Tout était parfait sinon! Merci !

très belle découverte pour nos vacances estivales

Immeuble très bien situé au centre de la station et dans un quartier très calme en été ; une belle exposition pour se détendre sur le balcon ; l'agencement intérieur est agréable et fonctionnel mais manque juste qq rangements pour les affaires personnelles surtout avec un ado un peu désordonné !! mais cela peut se solutionner ! Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir ;

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sauze. L’appartement est très bien situé, au pied des pistes et proche des commerces. Il dispose d’une terrasse ensoleillée avec une superbe vue. Ce fut des vacances tres agréables !

Séjour au Sauze

L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé : face aux pistes, à deux pas du centre-ville. A l'intérieur, tout est parfait pour passer un bon séjour ( rien ne manque). L'exposition est top: soleil, calme... Nous recommandons vivement cette location. De plus, les propriétaires ont toujours été présents pour répondre aux questions.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, face aux pistes et proche des commerces et restaurants. Les plus: la vue, la place de parking réservée, le box pour les skis. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable en famille au pied des pistes

Appartement lumineux face à la montagne avec une belle terrasse. Moquette au sol et bois lambris. Confort de la chambre avec banquette où nous avons pu dormir à 4. A 5 mn à pied de la savonnette et retour appartement possible via une piste. Le plus : cave pour déposer le matériel de ski et place de parking individuellle devant l'entrée. Petit bémol : 2e étage sans ascenseur. Nous recommandons vivement. Contact aisé avec les propriétaires.

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble seul quelques inconvénients

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement sale le ménage n’avait pas été fait avant notre arrivé, le pommeau d’eau douche de la salle de bain était cassé sinon l’appartement était correct. Le Sauze est une belle station de ski familiale les enfants et nous adorons.

L'appartement situé au bas des pistes est très agréable, et confortable. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé au coeur de la station et au pied d'un téléski. Merci Mr et Mme Soussan pour votre accueil.

Cadre au top. Appartement très bien situé en bas des pistes. Idéal pour famille avec enfant. Je mets juste un bémol sur la literie très très dure . J'ai fini le séjour toute bloquée ... Mais sinon très bien .

Points positifs Proximité piste, grand séjour, grande terrasse, grande TV, Points négatifs Literie hors d âge lombalgie des la première nuit impossible de récupérer des journées de ski! Poussière omniprésente ( placards moquette) et vaisselle sale, problème de rangement: pas de porte-manteaux et un placard remplit de couette et de couvertures

Appart pour vacances en famille

Appartement très sympa, correspondant bien à une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Suffisamment spacieux, bien agencé et équipé, bien implanté dans la station, il offre une superbe vue sur la montagne enneigée et ensoleillée. Du pur bonheur !!! Nous y revenons à coup sûr l'année prochaine !!!

Appartement très spacieux est très bien exposé et bien équiper. Juste au pied des pistes dans station de ski très agréable pour les familles. Juste prévoir de monter au 3eme étage.

Appartement sympathique au cœur de la station, même si le mobilier est ancien on s'y sent bien. Nous y avons passé un séjour agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié nos repas à l'Equipe suite au conseil du propriétaire.
