Hearnesbrook Barnは、絵のように美しいセーリングの村Emsworthにあるジョージ王朝様式の家の敷地内にある、広々とした2ベッドルームの別館です。 別館はかつてのコーチハウスであり、安定しており、2019年に愛情を込めて改装されました。 村には多くの設備があり、別館は港や地元のお店まで徒歩数分です。

エムズワースミルポンドまたは美しい田園地帯への美しい散歩で、静かな滞在をお楽しみいただけますが、活気のある地元のレストランもお楽しみいただけます。

周辺地域については、エムズワースからわずかな距離にある多くのアトラクションがあります。

近くにあるポーツマスの街は、たくさんの楽しみがあります。受賞歴のあるメアリーローズ博物館とHMSビクトリーを含むポーツマスヒストリックドックヤード、ポーツマス港周辺のボートツアー、スピネーカータワーへのツアー20マイル以上の眺め。

チチェスターの大聖堂の街は、文化的な楽しみ、独立したショッピング、100を超える飲食店に満ちた活気のある街であるため、訪れるのに最適な場所です。

ウェストウィタリング、イーストヘッド、ヘイリング島の壮大な砂浜にも簡単にアクセスできます。

別館自体は、田舎のコテージのように美しく装飾されています。


オープンプランのキッチンは設備が整っており、隣接するリビングルームにダイニングエリアがあり、冬の夜にはログバーナーがあります。

1階の広々としたダブルベッドルームには、キングサイズのベッドと専用バスルーム（シャワーオーバーバス）があります。 さらに別のシャワールームと階下のツインベッドルームがあります。 この部屋のベッドは、キングサイズのダブルとして構成できます。

別館には、安全な自転車置き場を備えた専用の庭があります。

A beautiful and peaceful haven

We stayed for five nights. The accommodation was pristine and very comfortable. The location was perfect for Emsworth, visiting relatives and the days out we planned. Simon and Rosie were very kind and friendly. We knew they were there for help but they also gave us the space we were looking for. We would definitely come again.

Hampshire Hidden Gem!

We stayed a week in Hearnesbrook Barn and would happily have stayed longer. What an excellent facility this is and it so deserves our 5* ratings as we found it really hard to fault anything tbh. Location, presentation, cleanliness, comfort, equipment levels, relaxation areas, bedrooms with high-quality en-suite bathrooms, on-site parking for 2 cars literally outside the front door, ground-floor bedroom for those with mobility issues....honestly I could go on but I'd run out of characters/space! Hosts Rosie and Simon are lovely and were readily available should we have had any issues, but we didn't. They've obviously invested heavily in this superb property and they fully deserve all the plaudits that I'm certain they receive. Very well done to all concerned for making our stay so relaxing/enjoyable....we'd return in a heartbeat!

Excellent accommodation

The Barn is in a quiet location with pretty gardens. The charming hosts provided thoughtful touches. Walkable to Emsworth Village and the Mill Pond with a variety of good restaurants and pubs available. Handy for Chichester, Portsmouth and the South Downs.

Unforgetable experience

Property was beautifully and tastefully furnished. Everything we could possibly need, was provided. Owners were very helpful and made it clear we could contact them at anytime. This makes a huge difference to us, as remote checking in, is not for us.

Relaxing weekend

A new property with high standard fixtures and fittings throughout, everything you require for a relaxing stay. All rooms are tastefully decorated and lovely spaces to spend time in. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Situated very close to centre of Emsworth and many nice coastal walks.

Everything you need for a lovely break. Due to the old c19 situation we probably spent more time in of an evening and it was just so easy and relaxing. Perfect location for everything.

Hearnesbrook Barn, Elmsworth

We had a wonderful week's holiday at Hearnesbrook Barn in early September 2020, the property owners Rosie and Simon were always available if you needed them and the property has everything you could wish for in a holiday let. The place was very clean and well equipped and the area itself is beautiful with plenty of great places to visit. We would heartily recommend this property and may re-visit again in the future.

Stylish Charm

A really beautifully converted barn which retains the atmosphere of the old building but with modern, well designed furniture and furnishing. Quiet location near the centre of the amazing little waterside village of Emsworth. Very friendly and discreet owners.

Emsworth

The cottage was very nice, newly renovated clean and comfortable. Simon and Rosie were lovely hosts. Emsworth is a beautiful village right by the sea with good pubs and cafes.

A beautiful stay

My husband and I stay here with our two boys aged 9 and 3 years for 4 days during the February half term. The barn has recently been beautifully renovated to a high standard; lots of credit to the owners! We had a very comfortable stay; the barn was clean and had everything we needed. Having somewhere to store our bikes was a big plus for us. The barn was welcoming, warm and cosy after our days adventures out in the February cold and windy weather! The barn is set back from the road so a lovely quiet spot. I can imagine in the Summer with the big doors open and the private patio it would be a relaxing space. Lots of amenities nearby - shops, cafes and pubs a short walk away in Emsworth, or a big Tescos and other shops in Havant a 5 minute drive away. Hosts very knowledgable about what to do in the local area. We very much look forward to coming back when the weather is better! Thank you Rosie and Simon for being perfect hosts xx
