気になった点 : 清潔度
Property was in a nice complex near a good spot in the beach. Property had plenty of room. However, some minor negatives were how far away the parking spots were. It was a long walk with all of our things for the kids and us. Additionally, a bigger negative was the cleanliness. The floors were very dirty; I understand sand on the floor at the beach, but this was just dirty, like turn your feet black. The bathrooms were also very dirty. The tile grout in the primary suite shower was very dirty and the shower curtain in the second bathroom had black mold. The sinks also did not appear to be clean. The kitchen was not so good either. The Keurig coffeemaker had dead bugs in the water reservoir. The kitchen garbage can were gross and many of the knives had rust on them. Also, the patio furniture on both porches was very dirty. While we appreciate the opportunity to stay in the property, I expect a lot more for cleanliness, especially with a cleaning fee charged to us.
