"I would give the clean room and the nice staff 5 stars but I only give the overall experience 3 Stars. Too much noise. Outside of the room and inside of the room . TOO MUCH NOISE!!!! Ruined my sleep. Room 205 is worse. Room 313 is a little bit better but still very bad. The noise is from the heating and the refrigerator. Terrible experience!!!!"

Linen had hair on it, toilet bowls full of mold, shower drains with hair wrapped all around. Upstairs jacuzzi tube with no water pressure, would take two hours to fill I’m sure. Hot tub jets lack pressure, tub under filled. Nice location for hocking hills and in a secluded area. Friends made the stay pleasant. There was an envelope for gratuity for the house keepers which normally would give but the place wasn’t clean when I entered and cleaning fee when booking was high. "
