"All of the front desk staff were amazing. Beds are a little small. But we made it worked. It was New Year’s Eve everyone was partying you could hear them in the hall but once in the room you couldn’t hear anything. That was great. Overall this hotel is now in my top 5 for my DC stay. "
"The room was spotless, check in was easy and efficient, the building was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, and I would recommend the hotel. However, it is not handicap accessible, which was a problem for me."
"This hotel is a hidden gem!! It is updated and has a great vibe. Every staff member we met was fabulous!!! Would give six stars if I could. In addition to the cool factor of this hotel, its amenities were impeccable and the location with available food and bar options in the neighborhood convinced me that I found my go to for my DC visits now. Job well done Darcy!!!!"
"I spent a couple of days at the Hamilton with my family and what literally stood out was the kindness and the sensibility of the staff. James at the reception welcomed us warmly and provided us immediately with the room even though we were there way earlier. I have appreciated that type of kindness. Moreover, James specifically put himself on the front line for any specific request I had and his professionalism is what a great Hotel should always prioritize. The cleaning ladies on our floor have been very thoughtful and kind with us, always smiling! Last but not least, the staff at the Sophia restaurant, from the bar tender to the hostess, I have appreciated the professionalism and the service they provided every time. Thank to all of you for a great weekend, my family will definitely remember this experience on their way back to Italy! "
