"We were not told that the elevator was out of service until after we were done with the check in process and were being handed the keys. This could be a problem for someone with a disability. The lady providing the breakfast in the morning was unable to keep up with the demand and didn’t show any sense of urgency."

"Due too late unavoidable slowdowns on our trip, we ended arriving 2-3 hours later than expected, which would be after the office shut down. I called and left customer lab ned our situation- been driving sin 6 am, nonstop, and had nowhere else to go. The arranged to have someone wait for us at the office to check us in after closing. The staff is as e extremely accommodating and helpful. I am beyond grateful, we had been driving for 17 straight hours at that point. The room was dated but very clean and spacious. My only complaint, and it is minor, was that the hot water pressure in the shower was weak. Other than that no issues. Excellent value for the money."
