「We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was good, and we also really appreciated the many free parking...

「The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm...

「It was very beautiful. The staff were wonderful and respectful. Location is great especially if you have a renter car. We were 10 minutes from lovely waterfront restaurants and the center of town. It is a quiet town. It’s lighted up at night time. We will definitely be back.」

「The suite we stayed in was fantastic. It had two bedrooms and a kitchen and sitting area. It also had two roomy sections of outdoor patio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a nice little bar at the swimming pool.the only thing it could do better was the pool could use some repairs and a good cleaning.」
