「The house was very clean and nicely decorated. All appliances worked great and the neighborhood was very quiet」

「So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Marissa from the Sandy castle restaurant was great, as well as Aria (master builder)...

「Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies. The finishings were modern and there was a private area patio. The AC was a designated mini-split that...

「Mostly a good stay. Good beds, good bathrooms and the kitchen was well attended. What missed was one, communication. The property changed over just before we went and we didn't receive proper check in instructions. I'm sure this is going to be better moving forward. No instructions when arriving for wifi or anything else either though but the primary issue was the back yard fence. We booked this due to having dogs but there were so many holes in the fence we couldn't really let them back there...

「Unfortunately, while the host indicated an additional mattress could be provided at extra cost, when we indicated the need for an adult and paid the extra $50, what we received was a mini-twin mattress which ws not much larger than a crib mattress. Our refund request was denied, and the host's response was that we should have notified them the mattress was too small!」

「Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...
