「The barn was great. The location was very close to a number of small towns that had fun things to do. It was clean and comfortable. The owner was quiet upstairs but helpful and available by text. She stopped out once to make sure the dogs weren't bothering us... They weren't. My kids loved playing fetch with them. We didn't get to use the fire pit because it was so windy, but we would definitely come back next time we're in the area.」

「Great place for a private retreat in isolation - it’s at the end of a road, immediately adjacent to the WI channel of the Mississippi River. A little boat traffic and periodic train, but nothing that is disturbing. There are two separate fire pits at your disposal with plenty of firewood too! Cabin is small but perfect for 1 or 2.」

「It is a beautiful house! Everything looks neat and is a warm welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the front porch even though it was a wet and rainy weekend. Tried to light the propane fire table but could not get it to stay lit without continuing to hold the dial in. We all enjoyed the entire house.」

「You could not ask for more! Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! There are two casual living areas - both very comfortable. A great, large deck off the back and another on the front for viewing Lake Pepin. We found absolutely everything in the kitchen we needed! Every room was clean...

「This cabin was perfect. All the updates and furnishings were amazing! The cabin felt very cozy and the living spaces also felt open & spacious. The property was beautiful with the stream and mature trees. We visited Eau Claire, hiked at a nearby nature conservancy along the Chippewa River and relaxed at the cabin (we did not want to leave). 「This property worked wonderful for our gathering, great kitchen, lower level game room and overall main floor layout. Jessica was very responsive to the few questions we had. 「We loved our stay… cozy cabin with everything we needed. We are A Frame enthusiasts! We brought our own water for cooking and coffee just as a preference for purified water.
