"The “all you can eat breakfast “was very disappointing unless you like oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. The coffee bar along with everything else was the bare minimum. They didn’t even have fake scrambled eggs just hard boiled eggs. My room had no microwave or refrigerator. As far as cleanliness goes again, they must’ve dated the bare minimum to consider it to be cleaned from the last people. I probably left the room cleaner than when I got there. The second day I called the front desk to have housekeeping do turn out Service (what housekeeping does for new guests before they get their room key) and I asked them to just vacuum the floors and change out/replace the towels, Kleenex,Tp, etc.. while I was away at work and when I got back at 3am nothing was done. They never even came in my room, but they were there right at 11am when it came to check out time to get me out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless they come down on their price or get their act together."

"I stayed there for 1 night. Friday night to Saturday morning. Staff was nice, informative, and polite. The pool it nice but not heated. It wasn't swimming vibe. The hot tub was nice and hot. The breakfast was good. Egg sausage waffles a nice warm cup of coffee. Great selection on coffees, juice, cereals, and other healthy food. The only inconveniences was at 8:30 am house keeping tried to go in the room. No notice or anything just tried to bust the door open. They need to be more considerate of guest. "

"First room had bugs. Was switched to another room guy says “well it’s that time of year” like no, these things are flying everywhere. Room I was given on the main floor thermostat wouldn’t go over 69 degrees. "

"Front desk customer service was poor. At front desk with no line, clerk(s) did not greet us but one whom had the audacity to ask us to step aside and allow the women getting off the elevator to be helped first… Talked with them for 15mins about their check in, when we approached the desk first for the same thing. Clerk assisting him just shuffled around behind him, as if he didn’t want to help neither his coworker or us. Did not check us in until I got out of line from behind the first set of mentioned women & asked if he was able to check us in. Also everything I handed the second clerk he never returned in my hand only in front of me on the counter, very disrespectful in my opinion. First clerk: male, bald, with glasses. Second clerk: male, silver shoulder length hair & glasses. "

"This property cancelled my room and didn’t even try to contact me. Yes they refunded my money and offered to put me in another hotel BUT… that was located too far away and was much lesser quality. This location is the go-to spot for all our visiting workers and clients. Turns out this has happened quite a few times recently. The hotel looks great but book with caution!"

"Our room was clean but other’s in our party’s room smelled like bleach, feet and mold. They did move him but you may want to do something about the horrible skunk smell of marijauna in the hallways. I think you better start charging people who impinge on others airspace! I also find it disrespectful to charge paying customers for parking when you have a venue next door who parks for free. They literally took up all the legal places to park! Your rates are On a more positive note the waitress for breakfast was very helpful and kind! The waffles were delicious although over priced I guess we expected more from a Hilton? "
