But the service was terrible, if we can call that such a service. The room was very dirty. They don’t give you a towel if you don’t ask. Even if you ask they didn’t give me.
The neighborhood was bad. People yelling at night. Also yelling inside the hotel.

The staff were all super friendly and were accommodating when I requested a room change (there was some outside noise that I couldn’t not hear). 「I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.」

「I have stayed here three times in the last year I have found it a place to stay. It is close to the airport it’s clean and the times I have stayed quiet. For people who stayed here years ago when it was under different management, I suggest you give it a try. I know for many Alaskans it has a bad reputation, but things have changed for the better. 」
