Great new renovation - very clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly. 」
「It was the cheapest hotel at Anchorage. Such we were in an emergency we choose that.
But the service was terrible, if we can call that such a service. The room was very dirty. They don’t give you a towel if you don’t ask. Even if you ask they didn’t give me.
The neighborhood was bad. People yelling at night. Also yelling inside the hotel.
I became scared.

「I have stayed here three times in the last year I have found it a place to stay. It is close to the airport it’s clean and the times I have stayed quiet. For people who stayed here years ago when it was under different management, I suggest you give it a try. I know for many Alaskans it has a bad reputation, but things have changed for the better. 」
「So much better than the downtown hotels we stayed in. The hotels downtown are older and run down and crawling with cruise passengers. This is a newer hotel: clean, well lit, quiet, fun, nicely decorated, nice staff, good vibe. You can't walk a lot of places and the view is of a gas station, but of the four hotels I stayed in on a trip to Anchorage, this is the only one I would book again. 5 minute drive to everything.」
