Situated in a quiet no through lane in an elevated position above the harbour, it looks down onto the pretty horse shoe shaped sandy beach and harbour.

The conservatory at the far end of the cottage has large windows that maximise the views; an ideal venue to spot the passing sea life; porpoises, dolphins and seals are frequently seen close to shore. The gardens consist of small lawn terraces let into the adjoining slopes that lead down to the sea, via a series of meandering paths.
