Please note: All bedrooms are upstairs. No main-floor bedrooms.

• 🚫 No pets, no parties, no unregistered guests
• 🔐 Surveillance: Exterior cameras (front, sides, entry points only)
• 🧼 Safety: Smoke detectors, CO monitor, fire extinguisher, first aid kit

📅 Cancellation Policy (Summary)

• ✅ 100% refund for cancellations 30+ days before arrival
• ❌ No refunds for weather, red tide, beach conditions, or other issues beyond owner control
• 📧 Cancellations must be in writing via your booking platform or email (no texts or calls)

🚫 Not a Party House

Please respect the home, the neighbors, and the rules. If you're looking for a loud party space, this is not the home for you. Violating guest limits or noise rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
