「町の中心から車で10分か15分位離れた場所にあります。小さなホテルで、まるで親しい人の家に泊まりに来たような気分になりました。部屋からは畑や学校も見えます。時々トゥクトゥクが通り過ぎ、のどかでした。一番印象に残ったのは、夕食と朝食を出してくれた若いスタッフです。私達が日本人だとわかると、日本語で声をかけてくれた上に、厨房へ戻りながら一生懸命覚えたての日本語を練習しているのに気づきました。他のスタッフからも暖かいもてなしを受けました。食事中シェフが挨拶に来た他、チェックアウトの際、シェフが念の為再度部屋の忘れ物チェックを一緒にしてくれました。時々スマホなどを忘れるお客さんがいるそうです。朝ホテルを出発する時、例の若いスタッフから「またいつか会いましょう。私達のことを忘れないで下さい」と声をかけられ、お互い握手しました。」

「中心地から徒歩で20分くらいの場所にあるので、散歩がてら徒歩で出掛けてもいいと思います。スタッフの方々がとても親切でした、翌日の移動手配もしてくれて、気持ちよく滞在できました。シャンプーなどはありませんので、持参してください。ドライヤーは受付で借りられます。朝食にサンドイッチとフレッシュマンゴージュースを出してくれました。」

「We stayed at this delightful mountain cabin in Ella. It hangs off the mountain, faces directly west for the perfect sunset between two peaks. The view is breathtaking. The pictures do not do the tiniest bit of justice. It's a brand new cottage with 2 seperate units. One with a bedroom + loft sleeps 4 people. The other is a two bedroom. The only downside to this place is getting there.. some steel hills, big vehicles cannot go. Tuk Tuks... that struggle to get up the hill or walk. It's worth it...

「If there is a rating below terrrible, I and my friends would have given that rating. We booked the house for two nights. We could not stand the living conditions for one night. We arrived in the evening and left next day morning.The descriptions in the website are misleading. Below are some of the amenities listed on the website. 1. Parking available. "We had an incredible stay at 98 Acres Resort & Spa during our trip to Sri Lanka. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, offering stunning views of the lush green hills and tea plantations. The location is perfect for relaxation, yet close to popular attractions like Little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arches Bridge. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with natural materials, and had a private balcony where we could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to the sunrise over the hills was truly unforgettable. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of local and international dishes. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet nature-immersed experience in Ella, I highly recommend 98 Acres Resort & Spa. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Sri Lanka!"
