「Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean. The view was top notch - you have the Ella Rock right in front of you, especially from the restaurant on the second floor. Note that there is no elevator to the restaurant, and that it only serves breakfast and not lunch or dinner. There is also no A/C or fans in the restaurant so it can get hot when you eat. 「Staff were incredibly helpful warm and welcoming. The views were amazing from our room; from welcome area and pool area. Definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Location was 1 km from ella so approx 500 SR to get to town (uphill!) but an easy walk ( downhill ) to get back !!」

「Perfectly located close to Little Adam's Peak and to the trailhead to Nine Arches Bridge. Also very close to main Ella town center making it just a very short and convenient walk to everything. The hotel staff were amazing, especially Mr Rohan at the front desk, for his warmth and who went out of his way to make this a wonderful stay for myself and my daughter. Room is comfortable and tastefully appointed with modern amenities. We loved it!」

「Saubere geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, aber im Zentrum von Ella: viele LKW, viele Tuktuk, Abgase , Ruhe ab ca 22.00. Staff war sehr hilfreich, spricht gut englisch, erfüllt Sonderwünsche umgehend. Frühstücksbuffet war für 5 Euro schwach, als Brotbelag gabs keine Wurst, nur eine Sorte Käse, dafür viel warmes Srilankaessen. Restaurant nebenan gehört zum Hotel. Ella an sich ist hässlich, laut und stinkig. Der Clou sind eben die Bahn, das Hochland, der Tee.」
