「The location is perfect! Close to downtown, we walk to everything unless we're taking the tour bus to see the sights. We've stayed at other rentals in Mt. Airy, but the hills around many properties make our bike rides unpleasant. The location of the "Mayberry Suite" lets us start our bike rides on flat ground. That's important for us old folks!」

「Absolutely beautiful space! Very clean and a lot of attention to detail. Entrance is on back side of building right in downtown—one you are inside the space you would never know it was in downtown. Super quiet and lively space. Host was also very nice and responsive.very close to pilot mountain state park. Highly recommend. 」

「Very nice quaint little apartment very convenient location..loved our stay」

「Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. I wonder if name tags for employees would be a good thing. That said, the entire staff was very professional and courteous.」

「Such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay! The owner was amazing to work with and has put thought into making sure this space has everything you need!」

「The property was spacious, very clean, and modern. The brick walls, large windows, and dark hardwood floors maintained the historic feel of the apartment. Very tastefully decorated and with everything we needed. We were only 1 block from the middle of Main Street- a perfect location for wandering through Mt. Airy. We highly recommend this property!」

「Doug and his wife are great hosts. Communication before and during my visit was wonderful. If there were any concerns on my part, all I had to do was send a message. The location was perfect for a short walk across the road to downtown Mt. Airy. The apartment was super cute, welcoming, and felt like home. I highly recommend staying here and definitely will again. 」

「We spent the weekend here to attend a show at the Reeves Theater. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the theater. Very clean apartment. Easy check-in process and close parking. Would definitely stay again.」
