「Walkway from driveway, beside the house, and around to the front door was not easy to walk on using a walking cane. Walkway was made up of large and small pieces of broken flat stone. House was clean, warm with heater on, shower was great and easy to step into. Everything worked well. Did not use hot tub or outside fireplace but they were available. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was lovely, and the best part of my trip was being so close to all the amazing hikes in the area. This is a great spot for anyone looking to explore Boone, Blowing Rock, or Linville Gorge, and it was the perfect place to come back to and reset after a day of adventure. PS My favorite hike was Table Rock, and Wiseman’s View is an absolute must-do.」
