"We were so excited to go here! *great communication prior to our date of arrival- He was responsive, and kind. We arrived and were a little surprised by exactly how rustic it was (brush covered paths, webs everywhere, tons of dead bugs in windows. :-) * futon was jammed tightly stuck when we attempted to make it into a bed. - we were assured it was not broken needed us to remove mattress, crawl behind it & jimmy it.
