Located 10 minutes from Elizabethtown College, and 20 minutes from both Lancaster and Hershey, this home is the perfect spot for a quiet stay close to many great attractions like Hersheypark, Spooky Nook, and Lancaster City!

Please note that this home is a 100+ year old farmhouse. The hardwood floors are 100+ year old refinished, original hardwoods. Floors may not be 100% smooth, so slippers/socks may be a comfy option. The stairs to the 2nd floor are also more steep than a newer construction home and can be difficult for guests with mobility issues, so please be aware of that.

Perfect!

We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect stay for us on a snowy, cold weekend. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The area has a lot of great stuff to offer. We will be back!

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Our hosts were amazing at communication and details about checkin and support. It was sadly too cold to enjoy the fire pit but the grounds were beautiful for that in slightly warmer weather. The house was comfortable and had all the basics that you need in the bathroom, laundry and kitchen.

Beautiful Farmhouse

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable and the area is very nice. It’s an easy 25 minute drive to Hershey. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Would stay here again.

Overnight Stay

Our group stayed overnight at this house while we were visiting Hershey Park. Although we were only there for a short time, the house was everything that we needed. It was very cute, super clean, and the owners were easy to communicate with.

Great stay in PA

We enjoyed this property. Is was very clean, up to date, and a great location. We were close to Hershey and Columbia where we did the Turkey Hill experience. The stairs leading upstairs were very steep, but manageable.

House & grounds are beautiful. They aren’t kidding! Stairs are steep! Very comfortable stay. Could not get response from my notes to owners regarding a few questions, but did receive two informative form emails from them while we were there. Overall, good stay.

Quick overnight stay

We had a group of four friends and our daughters attend a concert at Hershey Park. The house was a close ride to the stadium, but not right in the middle of everything. The house was cute and well done! The upgrades were great and made for a wonderful place for us all to be together. We had plenty of bed space - even the bottom bunk (where I ended up) was extremely comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Family Xmas Weekend

Home base during family Xmas weekend. Great central location and ease of pickup from MDT. Front door had cold air Rushing through. We blocked it with a rolled up towel. Could use some air freshners. Generally we enjoyed ourselves. Those steps were a challenge for our 11 year old lab.

Famoly and friends mini getaway

Since we were going to a concert in the Hershey area, my family and a couple friends decided to make a mini vacation of it. We found this property and it was perfect! The rooms were roomy but cozy. The beds were comfy. Communication with the hosts was stellar and quick! We did take advantage of the outdoor space a bit but the lights weren't working. The host offered a solution to check a breaker but we got lazy and decided we didn't need them that bad. There were a couple of minor issues but nothing worth noting since we made the host aware. Thank you Justin and Kristen, for a great stay!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights with our two children and our dog. We went to Hersheypark for our son's birthday and this was the perfect house to stay for this occassion. It was a quick 20 minute ride to the park. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms, it was clean, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Justin was great and was extremely quick to communicate with. Justin and Krista truly wanted to make sure that we were set for our weekend there. It was an absolute pleasure to know that they cared. The check out process was also extremely easy and quick which is very helpful when you do need to get on the road and head home. Thank you, Justin and Krista, for a wonderful weekend. If we ever plan another Hersheypark weekend, we will definitely be more than happy to stay at your house again!

Perfect weekend place

Pictures accurately describe it - beautifully redone farmhouse with the old charms, very accurate description about the steepness of the steps but not a problem if you just take your time. We had 19-year-olds and a 78-year-old that had no problem maneuvering the steps beds were exceptionally comfortable. Definitely bring some good old slippers as the old floors are uneven, but just added to the charm. All of the details such as laundry materials cleaning materials, dishwashing materials, spices for cooking with terrific pots and pans. Great yard to walk dogs; too cold to enjoy the outside but the patio looked wonderful. There is a little noise during the day but not bad at night. we enjoyed our visit with family in the area, and we’re quite comfortable would definitely stay again. Host were responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a great weekend.

Really cute house

This house is super cute and well appointed. Whether you want kitchen equipment, extra towels, laundry pods or shampoo, they had anything we could have needed. One of the best appointed vacation homes we have stayed in. Plenty of room in the kitchen/living room plus there is a separate dining room. Beds were comfortable too. Only negative to the house was the stairs. They are steep so it made getting luggage up and down a but tricky. Neighbors were horrible. Next door neighbors have a party area out back and the loud music played well into the night. Second night the neighbors across the street had a big party and were setting off fireworks for over an hour until 11:30 pm. With the roosters crowing in the am, it made for some short nights of sleep. We would stay again, maybe when it is less likely there will be parties next door.

What what Cute and Cozy Place, Whoever is so sad to see how is abandoned I don't believe the owners lives close by ,I like the book of the propriety but is nothing on were the books says is suppose to be, no cleaning at all house was filthy, I own a cleaning Co so I know. no basic thing like place mats?, or enough pots? so we could cook a decent meal for my family of 7. Mattresses was absolulty terrible, like spring mattresses unbelievable, linens and Blankets and pillows was okay, Dishwasher was not working Properly. Like I say was sad to see the disrespect with the propriety and guests. I m not asking for more then what is advertising.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for so many more if you had a larger group staying. The owners were very responsive and kind. I would 100% recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.

The house was very cute, updated and clean! Plenty of room for us and the dogs inside and outside. The house was a good drive between Lancaster and Hershey (we played a 3 day softball tournament near Hershey). We would absolutely stay again!
