"Hot tub perfect the cover was the easiest one we have ever had to use!! We said this was the best house we have ever stayed in! We will definitely rent again!!!!Maybe someone could organize the kitchen overall utensils one day they were a little crazy and all over the place…. I know that’s a side job but maybe get some of those dividers or something…. It was so well stocked Maybe let people know to bring ziplocs and Reynold wrap and cling wrap. We couldn’t find containers w lids …. To save food …,I am sure there is so much traffic coming through there it gets crazy..,That home was so beautiful! I missed leaving!"

I left my family at the property, went out to another community, after getting to the property at 5 am, i hardly got any sleep i asked to check out let Friest aseked 12 noon did not get a pleasant answer, and secund i asked for 11 am checkout i get police orentetion i did checkout 10 am that wasent plesent i dont tink anther booking with this company any more "

"We had a great experience at this property. Teens and adults enjoyed boating on the provided equipment and after spent time in the hot tub. We had nearly everything we needed to cook for 14 people! "

"The home is located on a nice quiet parcel tucked away from the main road. Family-friendly and plenty of kitchen utensils if you plan to bring groceries for cooking. Everything was clean and comfortable. Brenda was quick to reply to questions which I greatly appreciate! Would definitely stay at this lovely home again!"

The fire pit and the boat house were great for enjoying the outdoors. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. "The house was very nice. Mostly clean on the inside and spacious for our group, but (thinking if it was my home) the exterior of the house needs serious power washing and landscape clean-up. Internet & TV worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with all your needs, maybe a little messy and disorganized but if you keep looking you will find what you need! Pool and hot tub worked with no issues, but towards the end of the week the pool needed service. The dock down the hill was great. We brought kayaks. A ways down the stairs but totally worth it! We enjoyed the exercise! Since my previous review was censored and I am not allowed to say what I want, just do your homework before booking. There are lots of sites to pick from. "Very nice and very new. My kids slept great in these beds. There was plenty for everyone to do, and the most beds I’ve ever seen in a house. Or favorite thing to do was enjoy the fire pit while looking at the stars."

"Wow! What an amazing home and fantastic experience! The host (Daniel & co) are true professionals and made this feel like a 5 star luxury hotel experience. We had zero issues and the home was immaculate, but I’m confident if anything had come up that they would be on top of it. This home was perfect for our multifamily multi generation reunion. The kitchen had everything you could need and so much more. It felt like every amenity in the home you could think of was available. The water area was perfect for little kids and adults. We’ve never been to Lake Anna before and had no idea how warm and beautiful the water is! We would certainly come stay again. Thank you!"
